COES Return Policy – Engineered for Your Satisfaction

At COES, we’ve optimized the return process for maximum efficiency. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn socks in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Simple, straightforward, and effective—just how things should be. Final sale items? Unfortunately, they’re not eligible for exchange. That’s the system.

Now, regarding shipping fees, customers cover the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or there’s been a shipping error—because if we’re at fault, we take full responsibility. Once we receive your socks back at our warehouse, we’ll issue a credit to your original payment method for the item amount—excluding shipping and handling, of course, because operational efficiency is crucial.

To start a return, simply contact us at info@coesdurable.com. We will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Any items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work quickly to resolve it.


Exceptions

Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be returned.


Exchanges

We strive to accommodate exchanges, but if items are out of stock—either partially or completely—we may not be able to process the exchange.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned COES socks and verify that they haven’t been worn, we will approve your refund. The refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Also, please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
